A campaign generates tasks for a group of patients that land in the inbox.

A campaign creates tasks for a group of patients using a template. You define the audience with smart filters.

  1. 1In Campaigns, click “New campaign”, name it and choose the template.
  2. 2Segment by AI tags (churn risk, aesthetic interest, VIP…), by last visit or by membership.
  3. 3Run it: you confirm the total and the tasks are created in bulk to review and send.

You can exclude those who already got a message on the same topic a few days ago, to avoid over-contacting. There are limits: up to 500 tasks per campaign and 3 active campaigns at a time.
