Data protection
Health data, treated as such.
A clinic holds the most sensitive information there is. This is how SuperClini protects it, feature by feature.
Your patients' rights
What the law requires you to be able to do, built into the system.
- PortabilityPortability
The clinic administrator requests the export and receives a ZIP with all the data and its integrity fingerprint. It works even if the account is suspended: the data belongs to the clinic.
- Access logTraceability
Every record view, every change, every failed login and every export is logged with date, user and IP.
A clinical record you can stand behind
Integrity and confidentiality of the clinical history.
- Records that can't be deletedIntegrity
Clinical notes can't be edited or deleted: they're amended, and the original text remains. Finalized medical visits can't be modified.
- Private visitConfidentiality
The author can mark a visit as private. Nobody else reads its content, not even the administrator.
- Consent with evidenceEvidence
The patient confirms with a code sent to their phone or email. The text fingerprint, date, IP and device are stored, and the patient gets a receipt.
Security every day
What protects your clinic without you having to think about it.
- Access by role and specialtyLeast privilege
Permissions are enforced on the server. Each clinician sees their specialty's record, and the front desk sees the schedule and contact details.
- Isolated clinicIsolation
Every query is scoped to the clinic that makes it. In a multi-location network, management sees indicators, not records.
- Encrypted daily backupContinuity
A full copy of the database every day, encrypted before it leaves the server and stored outside it.
- Protected access
Ten failed attempts lock access for 15 minutes, passwords require uppercase, numbers and symbols, and sessions expire on their own.
