About the Kiosk

Frequently asked questions

  • Touch tablet (iPad or Android) or Mac Mini + 15-22" touch monitor. The app is web/PWA, runs on any device with up-to-date Chrome/Safari and a touch screen. We recommend Mac Mini + standing monitor for high-volume practices.

  • No. Requires constant connection (queries real schedule, saves consent, syncs queue).

  • Basic iPad ~CLP 350,000 / US$ 350. Mac Mini + touch monitor setup ~CLP 1,000,000 / US$ 1,200. You decide what to buy, our part is only the software, included in the membership.

  • It's in development (Phase 2). Current version covers 100% front desk: identification, scheduling, queue, consent. Operatory kiosk (chart visualization in the kiosk in front of the chair) ships in Q3.

  • Not yet. Integrated payment via gateway is on the roadmap. For now, payment continues at the traditional front desk or via QR shown by the receptionist.

  • Patient types ID, system doesn't find them → kiosk offers quick registration (name + age + phone). Registration is pending receptionist validation (no conflict with existing patients).

  • Spanish, Portuguese and English. Detects the country language (Brazil = PT, US = EN, others = ES) automatically. Configurable per location.

  • Yes. Digital signature + timestamp + IP + UserAgent + immutable base64 in the case is valid evidence per LGPD and Ley 20.584 (CL). Auto-generated PDF for download/print if you prefer a physical backup.
