The Patient Data tab, with identification, contact and insurance.

In the Patient Data tab you edit their personal information. It's organized in blocks and you save with “Save changes”.

  • Identification: full name, document type and number, gender, date of birth (age is computed).
  • Contact: phone / WhatsApp, email and address.
  • Health insurance, agreement and company, emergency contact and how the patient found you.

Adapts to your country

Document type and insurance change with the clinic's country: in Chile you see RUT and Fonasa/Isapre/Particular; in Argentina DNI and Obra Social/Prepaga/PAMI, etc. The check digit is only validated for the Chilean RUT.
