Appointment states and starting the visit

Each appointment has a state that reflects where the visit stands. You change it from the appointment itself.

• States: booked, confirmed, done, cancelled and no-show. Your clinic can have custom states.
• When you start the visit, the appointment turns confirmed and goes in progress; when you finish, it becomes done.
