Book an appointment and the agenda views

The agenda lives in the Agenda menu. It has three views you switch at the top: List, Day and Week. Navigate with Previous, Today and Next.

Day view: each appointment shows its status color, confirmed, booked, done or no-show.
  1. 1Click the + button or click an empty slot in the calendar.
  2. 2Choose the patient and professional, and set the start and end time.
  3. 3Save. The appointment shows on the agenda in its status color (booked, confirmed, done…).

If the patient has debt or an incomplete record, the appointment shows a warning so you can fix it before the visit.
