The reminder goes out automatically before the visit; the patient confirms by replying.

Notices are set in Settings, Notifications section. There are two distinct moments: the confirmation at booking and the day-before reminder.

  • Automatic day-before reminder: sent by e-mail (if the patient has an email).
  • Confirmation at booking: goes by e-mail. WhatsApp confirmation only applies to public-agenda bookings, not to appointments created at the front desk.

The recurring reminder is day-before by email. For 24/7 WhatsApp conversation and booking, that's Sofía's job.
