Memberships let you charge a patient on a recurring basis. Billing can be automatic through a payment gateway.
- 1Set up your clinic's payment gateway in Settings (Payment gateways).
- 2Create the patient's subscription (patient + plan + start date) and enable automatic billing.
With automatic billing on, the system generates the payment link each period and sends WhatsApp and email reminders. Turning off the switch pauses everything instantly.
