You record a payment from the patient's account or plan. You can combine several payment methods for the same instalment.
- 1On the instalment, click “Record payment”. The first line comes with the balance.
- 2Add methods (e.g. half in cash, half by card) while there's balance to cover.
- 3Confirm. If the patient has a credit balance, you can use it as a payment method.
The system won't let you charge more than the instalment's balance. Once settled, the patient gets a confirmation email.
