The agreement applies its coverage or withholding when the charge is recorded.

Insurers (health plans, payers) are registered under Administration, in the Insurers tab. They're linked to the patient from their chart.

  1. 1Create the insurer with its name, type (health plan, prepaid, state, private) and its terms: withholding and, if applicable, the patient's copay/coinsurance and discount.
  2. 2Link the insurer to the patient in their chart.

When paying out a professional, if the patient has an insurer with withholding (common in Argentina), that withholding reduces production before applying the commission.
