Payouts live in Finance → Payouts. The dentist sees only their own production; the admin, anyone's.

  1. 1Choose the professional and the period (week/month/year preset or a free date range) and click Calculate.
  2. 2Review the item-by-item detail (patient, procedure, value, commission) and the net to pay. Create the payout.
  3. 3When you mark it paid, a payroll expense for that amount is created automatically.

Commission comes from the payment received; if there are no recorded payments in the period, the system falls back to completed procedures, valued at price. In Argentina, if the patient has an insurer with withholding, it reduces production before commission.
