Each document is issued with an internal folio DOC-YYYY-NNNN, ready to print.

From the Documents section of the patient's chart you issue clinical documents from templates (prescription, consent, certificate, report and more).

  1. 1Choose the type and template; it's filled with the patient's and professional's data.
  2. 2Review the preview and save as draft or issue it. When you issue a prescription, consent, report or certificate, the patient automatically gets a copy by email if they have one; you can also print or resend it.

The DOC-YYYY-NNNN folio is an internal sequence, not a tax document. The PDF includes a signature line with name and registration, but it isn't a certified digital signature. An issued document can't be edited: it's voided (with a reason, admins only).
