Every evolution you record in the chart is fixed. It can't be edited or deleted: it's a legal requirement for the medical record (e.g. Law 20.584 in Chile).
How to fix a mistake
- Amendment: adds a new record chained to the original, with the correction. The original text stays visible.
- Invalidate: marks the evolution as void with a reason. Only the platform super-administrator (SuperClini) can do this, on request, not a clinic administrator.
Evolutions migrated from another system have extra protection: they can't be amended (not even by the super-administrator). In exceptional cases, the super-administrator can void them.
