You pick the active condition and mark each tooth; the color identifies it at a glance.

The odontogram lives inside the patient's chart, in the Clinical section. It uses FDI notation and includes permanent and primary dentition.

  1. 1In the toolbar, pick the active condition (caries, filled, crown, implant, missing, root canal…).
  2. 2Click the tooth surface (buccal, mesial, distal, lingual or occlusal). Each click saves instantly.
  3. 3For whole-tooth conditions (missing, implant, crown, root canal, fractured, extraction), the entire tooth is painted.

You can apply a condition to a whole arch or a sextant at once. To undo, use “Clear tooth” in the tooth's panel.

Odontogram vs. evolution

The odontogram is an editable current state: you correct it freely. Clinical evolutions, on the other hand, are immutable (see the next article).
