On confirming, the patient sees their check-in done and their queue position.

From the Self-service menu you open the kiosks, which run in a tablet or screen browser: Reception, Queue panel and consulting-room Box. At Reception the patient checks in for their appointment, books a new one, or registers as a walk-in (no prior appointment).

  1. 1The patient enters their document on the Reception kiosk. The keypad adapts to your country (RUT in Chile, CPF, DNI, CURP…).
  2. 2If not registered, they do a quick sign-up right there. Then they confirm their details; if they have no appointment today, they can book one or register as a walk-in.
  3. 3If there are pending consents, they sign on screen (optional). When done, they see their place in the queue.

From the Box, the professional calls the patient and starts and ends the visit, and the queue updates for the waiting room.
