This is what your patient sees: they pick a time on their own, from the public link.

The public agenda is enabled in Settings, in the Online booking tab. It's a master switch: while it's off, the links don't work.

  1. 1Turn on online booking and set the booking horizon (how many days ahead, from 1 to 365; default 60).
  2. 2Create the clinic's general link (admins only) and share it on your social media or website.
  3. 3For a specific patient, generate a personal link from their chart: it expires in 7 days and is single-use.

Your blocks are respected

The public agenda never offers a blocked slot or overlaps appointments, and reads your availability in your time zone. A patient with a future appointment can't accidentally book another.
