The document keypad changes by country: RUT in Chile, CPF in Brazil…

The kiosk check-in identifies the patient by their document, and the keypad changes according to your clinic's country.

  • Chile (RUT): numeric keypad with a K key, auto formatting and check-digit validation.
  • CPF (Brazil), DNI (Argentina/Peru), Cédula (Colombia): plain numeric keypad.
  • CURP (Mexico), NIE/DNI (Spain), SSN/ID (USA) and Cartão de Cidadão (Portugal): alphanumeric (QWERTY) keypad.

The system recognizes the document whether it's stored with or without dots and dashes, so the patient can type it however they like.
