Blocks and appointments live together on the same day grid.

Blocks mark a slot as unavailable. You create them from the agenda with the Block button (the padlock).

  1. 1Click Block and choose the professional, start, end and reason (e.g. lunch, holidays).
  2. 2Save. That time is now closed to new appointments.

Blocks are respected everywhere: booking manually shows a warning, and the public agenda never offers a blocked slot.

A professional blocks only their own agenda; an administrator can block anyone's.
