The Medical Anamnesis: four text fields you save with one click.

The Anamnesis section gathers the patient's medical history in four free-text fields. They aren't yes/no checkboxes: you write what's relevant and save with “Save”.

  • Medical history: systemic diseases, surgeries, cardiac conditions, diabetes, hypertension.
  • Allergies: anesthetics, antibiotics, latex or other medications.
  • Medications in use: anticoagulants, antihypertensives, corticosteroids, bisphosphonates.
  • Clinical notes: reason for the visit, dental history and general notes.

Keep the anamnesis up to date before every procedure: it's the basis for deciding anesthesia, medication and precautions. Changes in allergies or medication may change the plan.
