With the Take over button you take one conversation without turning Sofía off in the rest.

In the WhatsApp menu, the “Conversations” card shows each chat's history. You can take control of one without turning Sofía off elsewhere.

  • From the panel: open the conversation and click “Take over”. Sofía pauses there; to hand it back, click “Give back to Sofía”.
  • From WhatsApp itself: type #asumir in the chat to pause her, and #sofia to hand control back.

If the patient asks for a human, Sofía transfers and stays paused until the front desk resumes the chat.
