You scan the QR once, just like WhatsApp Web, and your number is linked.

Everything about Sofía lives in the WhatsApp menu. The first step is to link the clinic's number by scanning a QR code (the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web).

  1. 1In the WhatsApp menu, click “Set up WhatsApp”. A QR code will appear.
  2. 2On the clinic's phone, open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan.
  3. 3Wait for the green “Connected” status with your number. Done.

The QR expires in 90 seconds

If you don't scan it in time, click Regenerate for a new one. Scan it calmly within that window.

Disconnect keeps your settings and history. “Remove and recreate” wipes the session and message history: use it only if the number is stuck.
